Mindfulness activities can be immensely beneficial and widely accessible. We will explore various ways to explore human expression through art materials. No art experience needed!

In my experience leading classes, humans have an innate ability and drive to express the self. We will explore this commonality of human experience to the benefit of all!

Drawing with paper and pencil, collage, painting and drawing on our own bodies. We will explore all of these sensory experiences. Bring whatever materials you have, or special materials that inspire you. The focus win this group is the process, not the product.

Join us and feel restored enough to return to the difficult work of caring for ourselves, our family and our friends!
